JT's Elite Car Care LLCLast updated September 2026
These Terms of Service govern detailing services provided by JT's Elite Car Care LLC (“we,” “us”). By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
We are a fully mobile detailing business. Services may include exterior hand washing and decontamination, interior detailing and shampooing, paint correction and polishing, ceramic and sealant protection, and add-ons such as pet hair removal, engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration and odor treatment.
Results vary with the age, condition and history of each vehicle. Quotes are estimates; heavily soiled vehicles, oversized vehicles, or unexpected conditions may require a revised price or time estimate, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
Appointments are confirmed once a date, time and service location are agreed. A deposit may be requested for larger services (such as paint correction or ceramic coating) and is applied to the final balance. Remaining payment is due upon completion of the service.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, or appointments where the vehicle or site is not accessible on arrival, may forfeit the deposit or incur a trip fee.
Please disclose any known pre-existing damage, aftermarket paint or wrap, loose trim, rust, cracked glass, faulty seals, electrical issues or prior repairs before we begin. Detailing can make existing defects more visible; we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for defects revealed by cleaning or polishing.
Remove all personal belongings and valuables before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Our home base is Tracy, California. We regularly serve locations within roughly a 40-mile radius; travel beyond that area may be quoted separately or declined. The service location must provide safe, legal, reasonably level parking and adequate space to work around the vehicle. Severe weather may require rescheduling.
We may decline or stop a service where conditions are unsafe or unsanitary (including biohazards, infestation, or hazardous materials), where the vehicle's condition places it at risk of damage, or where a client behaves abusively. Work already completed remains payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving San Joaquin County, California.
